Exterior
We offer customization across most exterior finishes, including paint, trim, gutter colors, doors, hardware, and landscaping. If your home is located in a gated community, certain selections may require HOA approval.
Interior
We offer a wide range of interior customization options, including lighting fixtures, paint, baseboards, flooring, and appliances. Interior finishes are fully customizable and are not subject to HOA approval.

Building in an HOA is very similar to building elsewhere. The primary difference is that certain exterior elements—such as paint, trim, doors, and gutters—may require approval from the HOA before installation.

Depending on a few factors, the build process can take from 5-8 months. Certain factors like contractor availability, materials, and permitting can move the timeline. We do our best to stay within the timeframe and communicate any delays with you.
You will primarily be working with Alex Perepechkin. He is the owner of Wise Choice Custom Homes.
We offer standard warranties similar to other builders.
